Nedbank Cash deposit disappears without a trace

I deposited R2500 on the 13 August 2020 18:00, I got SMS with updated balance. And this morning 14/08/2020 when I try to transfer the money, my R2500 is like it never even existed. I usually deposit money and it always appears immediately. Now i wonder what could be the issue with Nedbank?
