NEDBANK CASH CARDS

We have prepaid cash cards with Nedbank where we deposit cash into the cards and our drivers use the cards when they are out of town for food, fuel and other necessities. Today we discovered one of our cash cards has been cancelled by Nedbank without any warning whatsoever. It even allowed us to put money into the card so when the driver reached his destination he was unable to use the card. This bank does this willy nilly. We have also had a Trust account frozen with no warning and it had money in which we needed to access in order to pay our creditors. They said we needed to FICA the account but didn't send us the paperwork or any warning!! This is unacceptable service, Nedbank. You need to communicate more with your customers and let them know what is happening so that we don't have to suffer enormous stress and pressure on top of our normal day to day worries and concerns!!!
