Nedbank cash back ****

On the 25 May 2021, I received a call from Nedbank who advised that I will be getting a cash back on my new vehicle which we finance through them. The term were that I need to transact on my cheque which I have. It been 6 months and I haven't seen a cent, when you call to enquiry about this and lay a complaint with customer service you get told they will investigate. No one comes back to me, I so sick Nedbank attitude towards customers, it feels like they are doing me a favor. I honestly think this a ****. Right now me and my husband will be changing our bank to bank which actually keeps to there word and values us clients. Worst bank ever.
