Nedbank cash back promotion ****

Nedbank promotion ****. I was contacted by MFC to move my debit orders to Nedbank. All you have to do is open a Nedbank account and move your debit orders from your current bank to Nedbank. In return you will receive R200 cash back. ****. I made the effort to open an account and changed my debit orders. After 2 months I phoned them to request my cash back but was told that this only activates after 3 months. So I waited 4 months and asked again only to be told that this does not apply if you are self employed. Never during the opening of account and changing debit orders was this communicated. Its a clever ploy to make you open an account and get you to pay costs but then think up clever excuses to not honor their promotion. What does my salary amount have anything to do with the fact that I opened an account and shifted my debit orders. And if it was a problem why did nobody contact me and told my I waisted my time and money. Surely when I phoned after 2 months they should have told me that I don't qualify but I was only told to wait 3 months and I will be paid and even confirmed that I will be paid for 3 months in arrears. ****, ***** and cost me money and time. Needless to say my account is closed with them and debit orders back with my reliable bank Capitec.
