Nedbank case unresolved

Greetings all I have open an account at nedbank and their taller instead of opening me a business account since Im self employed she opened me a personal account however people are paying me through this account then it was frozen around October 2024 last year and I immediately reported the matter and I was told to do an affidavit stating my side of the story and copies of my ID I should attach with and I did all of that here's the thing though I also invest some money on the account and that too was blocked or frozen. I have been calling the nedbank ***** department over and over again my business is failing due to lack of funds I'm running out of funds to support my family as a father and nedbank they keep on telling me the matter is under investigation till now its now 2025 August please help me here's my number ***-771
