Nedbank ***** case, not refunded, emails ignored.

I am deeply troubled by Nedbank refusing to refund me for a ***** case where my app was hacked as a result of failed authentication. All my funds were *******ly drawn from my account and a SAPS arrest was made but Nedbank Client Service Manager Thathakahle Mbambo refuses to even escalate the matter and ignores my communication!
