Nedbank ***** case. Accused me of approving transactions for a credit card I did not receive.

I have a ***** case with Nedbank. One of their staff/courier stole my credit card & stole R104 000. Nedbank has accused me of approving the transactions for a credit card I DID NOT RECEIVE. I was working when all this took place. They NEVER phoned me to tell there were unusual amount of transactions going thru my account. I made 20 calls to them for updates on my case. The one & only call I received was from Samantha Chinsamy to tell me they have closed the case and that it was my own fault for approving the transactions. I also reported my case to the ombudsman and they told me to try sort my issues directly with the bank. Guess that doesn't work. Especially when they never phone you. I have been with Nedbank since 1991 and this is how they treat their customers. I would highly recommend that anyone with accounts with them to take their money out before it gets ******.
