Nedbank ***** case

Nedbank is the reason why I will never change to any other bank. I was *****ed for R3600, an unknown transaction was purchased on my card on Saturday 28th February, I immediately called the ***** line and informed them of the transaction and a case was opened and my card was blocked. I was informed the funds might take between 9 to 12 weeks to recover, a matter of 2/3 days was all it took to recover my funds. I received an sms on Monday the 2nd March informing me the funds will be processed back to my account within 7 to 14 days. The money was back in my account 3 days later. I'm so impressed by the level of service I have received with my ***** case and the speedy recovery for the funds. Nedbank is the only bank I will trust and constantly advise to people to join.
