Nedbank Carlswald poor customer services

I had just collected my new card and the ATM outside the branch without a sign out of order swallowed my new card. Went inside back to the branch to seek assistance but the acting manager just prevented not to see me. The worse part is I was told to start the queue from the beginning. Waited a further 15 minutes without assistance. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of service I got.
