Nedbank card still has the 4 to 5 business day rule to increase limit

I read a review from. 2016 where a client was complaining about having to wait 4 to 5 business day for a credit card limit increase and now 3 years later it is still the same story. How is it possible that it takes a bank 4 to 5 business days after getting all the documentation to increase a limit.
