Nedbank card divison

I was supposed to receive a paid-up letter from Nedbank card recoveries division on Wednesday 28 Feb 2024, its now Friday and I still have not received it. I have spoken to more than 10 different call agents all promising it would be sent. I need this form for an application for a home which I might end up now losing. it's not really fair to be given such poor service.
