Nedbank Card Division not helpful

Dear Nedbank

I just spent an hour on the phone talking to your people in your Card Division and they do not have the appetite to assist me.

I want my beneficiary details to reflect on my Credit Card Statement when I make an EFT payment from my credit card account. At the moment, every payment I make reflects "INTERNET BANKING TRANSPO BOX 6".

My credit Card Statement is a report that you generate for ME. I have zero interest in your descriptions. You can keep it in your system if you want to, but I need to see the description that I entered when I made the payment.

Please can you solve this problem!
