Nedbank Card division ***********

I'm very dissapointed with Nedbank poor service almost tired considering Discovery bank I lost my wallet with all my cards ordered one via app the fee went out (132) even today after 13 days no delivery I tried to order personal cards since I thought I was with the business Acc still their card division is hard to get hold I spent almost 120 hanging on the phone while they play noisy music .

I don't have access to my acc and the money App keeps on locking me out its totally pathetic taking 132 of my account and fail to deliver cards after 13 days and your Card division is hard to get hold off I'm one frustrated Client almost panicking since my salary comes in on the 15th I wont be having cards back to the old days Cheque book and move around with cash because of Nedbank totally disgusting .
