Nedbank card Division are the Pitt’s

Nedbank is the pits I’ve asked some repeatedly to please help me via the App and they’ve been useless. They’ve charged me for something Twice and won’t assist with a refund. I’m told I’ve got additional cards and stuff which I’ve not collect but paying bank charges for.
