Nedbank Card Dispute Nightmare!!

Nedbank card dispute department is the worst. They are completely unreachable and don't bother responding to emails. I emailed a dispute form over a month ago and have not heard a thing from them. Sent follow up emails which they ignored. The call centre is equally useless. They send you from pillar to post and then eventually just hang up on you. I regret getting a Nedbank card.
