Nedbank Card Delivery Payment I Absolutely Know Nothing About.

I app**** online for a nedbank pay as you use card & I was given an option to get it delivered for free at the nearest branch, at home or the nedbank locker. I choose the option for home delivery.

On the 29th of May a lady called from CDC couriers to arrange delivery with me & she stated that I will be charged for the delivery fee it will reflect on my app/card however after a few days it'll be cleared.

Out of curiosity I decided to chat with two nedbank agents online to enquire about this, they told me now that I must settle the fee, it was a promotion that ended end of May for free delivery.

I was not told about this. I tried explaining to them that a lady from CDC couriers told me the fee will be cleared out. They did not assist me. Now I'm held accountable for the fee whereas I could've easily chosen the option to fetch my card at the branch for free. Now I'm owing - R169.99.
