Nedbank card delivery is horrible!

I have been waiting for my debit and credit cards from April 2022 as it expired. First they phoned me a month earlier and asked where it should be delivered as I answered to Beacon Bay East London. A week before April they sent me an sms to confirm it is Beacon Bay which I confirmed. On 05/05/2022 I recieved an sms stating I need to collect my cards from Walmer Park Port Elizabeth. After a long fight with them I ordered new cards and requested a face to face delivery which I am still waiting for. Everytime I enquire about my cards, the app agent just reply with it is with the vendor/courier company. If this is happening to everyone why are they still using DSV. And the Nedbank app is probably the worst app out there, it keeps "disconnecting" your chats when the agents can't give you an answer and they seem to be on more that one chat at a time. Sort out one issue then move to the next, taht is why you keep getting it wrong!
