Nedbank - card collection and queues

I’ve come to Nedbank Bedford Centre to collect a new card for an expired card. I was never given an option to have the card delivered, even though I’m a VIP banker and to have it delivered now would require an additional fee for a Re-issued card.

Then after waiting outside for nearly 30 minutes, and having the seated “pensioner queue” (with no sign) being let in before myself for people who started queuing long after I did - and note SEATED - I’m now inside waiting for my number to be called.

Great service Nedbank - NOT!
