Nedbank card collection

My debit card has expired, and after a few attempts to collect the new one I have given up standing in long queues of chaos. My past accident injuries make it very difficult to stand for extended periods of time. So herewith the questions: 1.Is there a delivery option? 2. Is there a possibility of making a fixed appointment? I have a few banking issues which I also need to amend so I don't anticipate a quick standing solution. Feedback would be greatly appreciated as I am unable to draw from ATM's of pay using my expired debit card. (I have tried) Regards.
