Nedbank card - Airport Travel lounge many conflicting answers

Airport lounge access confusion.In my attempt to find out if and what I qualify for I phoned Ned bank - I mailed Ned bank - Facebook messaged - got return calls a plenty. Each person gives me a different answer I qualify alone no guest but only domestic - I qualify domestic only but need a Priority Pass Card to have a guest.I also qualify Domestically Internationally + one guest. SO WHICH IS ?????? I do not wish to find out when I travel with family only then. I have asked for a mail from bank stating what is what - but they will not bind themselves on paper. i have now been told to visit a site and figure it out myself - which I battled with hence my contacting bank in first place - what a professional joke. Below is a direct copy of my asking and answers excluding phone calls. HI Guys, I need some definite answers please. I message in to get answers I get one set of answers I phone I get another The person that phoned me from this site gives me another I am told I must visit the site that the staff at Nedbank use to get my answers and it is assumed that I will be able to get more accurate answers from site than the official appointed by nedbank persons can derive from it. Seems a bit like pass the buck to me, no one is willing to email me a mail with facts, does any one know what and how things actually work, cause at the moment I can only use Bidvest nation alone and only take guest if I open another account.
