Nedbank Card a bunch of *****s

<p>I have been a customer of nedbank for many years. I have a CC, Personal loans and Cheque account with them. Due to financial difficulties i went on to debt review last and this year terminated the review as my husband lost his job and i could no longer afford it. </p> <p>Nedbank personal loans contacted me and we made payment arrangements that i have comitted to. Nedbank Credit Card on the other hand did not contact me at all. they passed my account onto the legal department, and each and every month they have been taking money out of my accounts either my cheque or savings accounts. whereever the greedy bunch ****s found money. the funds that have been removed from my account is big amounts. the first time R4200, due to this, i was left helpless, no petrol and no food. the next month R6000 and then a week later R2300. this time was even worst, no food, no school fees, no petrol. that left my kids staving. </p> <p>I contacted the Credit card legal department and they immediately transfer all my calls to Rossuw attorneys. the people there are worthless, rude and abrupt. So far in the past 3 months that bunch of *****s have taken out R13000 from my account. not once they contacted me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I as a consumer have rights as well. and i did not give them the authority to take money out f my account. I I would have come to some arrangement but instead of talking to me they ask Rossouw attorneys to contact me. I have pleaded with them and made arrangements but there ****ers keep on debiting my account and draining me of every last cent. I have asked them a number of times for a statement but i have received nothing as yet. I even called in to dispute the transaction reason been 'No authorty to debit' but no luck. they keep on doing over and over. But that brings me to my point, what rights to i have a client. It seems like Nedbank is the god father and no one can do anything to them. </p> <p> </p> <p>Nedbank along with Rossouw attorneys is very good at taking peoples money. A job well done. </p> <p>But at the end of the day they a bunch of worthless idiots who have no heart or consideration. Bunch of useless ****heads!!!</p>
