Nedbank - Car security Deposit issues - Not received

Last year i went to mexico for a wedding and hired a car from hertz. I used my new nedbank debit travel card for the security deposit of $150. When i dropped the car off everything was checked and they said they have released the security deposit. I do not have a credit card but they said i can use a debit card. its been over 5-6 months and i have still not received my security deposit. I have communicated 3-4times with hertz and they said they have released the funds. I have opened a Card dispute case and Nedbank keeps telling me that they find nothing from there side and they need more information from hertz which i have tried to get but they cant offer what Nedbank wants. I have both slips which was paid separately so you can clearly see the amounts. They service from Nedbank has been terrible.

On to the next issue:

I went to Orlando Florida in November 2023. I hired a car on my normal debit card and the security deposit was $300. I remember discussing the amount and why it is so high and they guy mentioned that im using a debit card which is ok. When i dropped the car off the funds were released the day of which was the 13th of November 2023. I have still not received my security deposit. I have spoken to nedbank and they said they need Avis to email the bank so i tried to get an email from avis in Orlando and they said they can only use FAX to send to a bank as they are not allowed to send this info via email. They said the bank should call them. I have opened up a Card dispute case and they said that the amount was was held as security but because the transaction was not banked the code fell off and the funds became available on your account. They funds have not been available on my account i clearly saw they rental amount and security amount go off my account.

Please can someone help. its been over 4-5 months now and i'm owed a total of $450 from both security deposits. I have slowly moved over to Discovery Bank which i hope will be a better experience in the future.
