Nedbank car insurance very poor and bad

I had a motor vehicle accident due to a seizer. All docs I could provide and related to the accident were provided to appointed assessor Carel Stander and now they asking same. I have spoken to Nedbank approx 20 times in the last 3 days and all was recorded according to Nedbank. I am very unhappy about Nedbank car insurance in my recovery period. It's very bad service as they delaying the claim on purpose. Do not use Nedbank car or any insurance
