NEDBANK CAR INSURANCE IS THE WORST!

Nedbank car insurance is the worst! Any other insurer they call clients for missed premiums or changes on the policy except for them! I have been trying to call them and got transferred from pillar to post, sent emails and got countless automated emails and all this trouble is just to change banking details and re-arrange another debit. However they are not shying away from bombarding me with emails which they never reply back to! I even needed roadside assistance last weekend and the same **** happened, NO REPLY but they want your money.
