Nedbank car insurance is a BIG ****

I was forced by MFC to take Nedbank car insurance, and unfortunately, I experienced a hijacking incident. When I submitted my claim, it was rejected based on assumptions. Even after I provided all the necessary supporting documents, they continued to raise new reasons to avoid covering my claim. To this day, they still refuse to assist. From my experience, I strongly feel that Nedbank Insurance is not reliable and does not support its clients when they need it most.
