Nedbank Car Insurance

Nedbank car insurance is still taking me from pillar to post since i submitted my claim in March 2024, now they do not wanna allocate an assessor instead they took back my car to Renault Zambezi knowing very well they service is very bad they do not answer call or respond to emails and I have to wait again for the report from Reanult zambezi. Now nedbank car Insurance is busy sending sms's that they a waiting for the report while they do not do a follow up with Renault zambezi.
