Nedbank Car insurance
I went on hippo.com for free obligation quotation for car insurance. Nedbank came through as the cheapest car insurance. So on the 24th November at 11:27 I received a call and concluded everything with them. They said that they would debit a pro rata amount of which they did debit 2 months premium totaling R1714.58 which they deducted on the 15 December.
My former car insurance did cancel and offered the cool off period which covered me till the 31st of December.
Nedbank was to start covering my car on the 1 January 2023.
I was so shocked when a debit order of R857.27 came off from Nedbank.
So on the 17 January 2023 at 16:47 I called them and was told that they started covering me on the 1st December 2023. Of which I was already covered until the 31st.
My question to you is how do you cover a car that is already covered? Does that make sense to you?
I really don't trust your company anymore..... it was so difficult to get through to Nedbank Insurance and my fear now is should I find myself in a situation you will be AWOL as you are during this issue.
King Price is offering me R100 more for than your premium with a depreciating monthly premium. I am even tempted to take them on as my trust with you is gone.
I gave Nedbank the benefit of a doubt since they are a big bank only to find myself in a Ponzi ****.
