Nedbank car insurance a ****

I regret enrolling my car insurance with nedbank,I enrolled my car with them, after my first installment I got a an email that my policy has been cancelled without my knowledge or approval,it is almost 10 days trying to get to the bottom of it still no success,email was sent but no one want to take accountability of their actions,non the less my money way not refunded still, basically someone offered me a policy after they receive they commission then am no longer needed,what a worse service ever.
