Nedbank car insurance

These guys are the worst. Just trying to get hold of them waiting forever on their call line, never mind actually submitting a claim. I waited an hour on the line and no one was available to answer my call. Eventually calling them as soon as they opened I got through with a 10min wait. Its been 3 weeks and still no assessor has been sent or seen my car yet! Really don't waste your time with this insurance group.
