Nedbank Car insurance

I insured my car with Nedbank. Currently going through my first claim and realised I made a huge mistake.

They do not reply to emails and suggested to send my vehicle to a subpar service provider.

Today’s is the 16th January, I’ve not heard back from them since the 8th of January. More than a week has passed and it’s been silence.
