Nedbank Capitalistic Bank

Balance on my husband's account R935, pure bank charges. Some monthly fees and some returned debit orders. Have requested the charges to be reversed, however I am referred to my banker (R. McCay) who advised that since these charges have already gone thru the system, she can't reverse it. Charges for April was reversed by her. There is no money coming in, but Nedbank keeps charging bank fees. MTN debit order is for R131, but Nedbank reversed this and charged R145 for the reversal. However, Nedbank seems fit to offer Credit Card facilities. This bank is disgusting and capitalistic, not prepared to assist people during this lockdown, which is no fault of the customer.
