Nedbank Cape Gate Disappointment

Such a Disappointing experience. Ordered my cards online and had them delivered to my address. Only to find I cannot use my cards, spoke to an enbi agent and they told me that the bank had left crucial steps out that they should've completed while busy with my card. Now I have to go into the branch which is such a let down. You have tellers that don't want to assist you with your issues because they feel there's only 30 minutes left of the day , it's easier to turn down people then help. And it's not just an occasional thing. I've seen it happen to many other others it's honestly sad and disappointing , why go to work if you don't want to work ? The whole experience in general of having to into branch makes a person just want to close their account and look for a new bank
