NEDBANK - CAPE GATE

Nedbank (Cape Gate Mall). Hopeless service, I cancelled my account there as I don't use, I bank at FNB. I only opened an transmission account there 4 years ago as I had opened an investment account for 12 months only. 5 times I tried to close the transmission account and have the outstanding funds transfer to my FNB account. Afterwards, I constantly receive messages on my cell phone stating my account is in arrears! I waste so much time waiting for help to ascertain the problem. It seems nobody there knows what they are doing, this should have been sorted at the beginning. It's only +/- R51 I'm in arrears but the principle is this Nedbank's fault. They should cancel this debt and stop sending me cell phone messages.
