Nedbank cant show correct name as per my ID

I had an account in 2008 and closed it, moved to Nedbank due to my home loan account with them. 3 months ago when I opened my account online it said to go to the branch, I went into the branch it was because I got married 3 years ago and now they cant change it with our my marriage certificate. went back to the branch 4 times and complained online twice as they have "change" the name but my statement still showing my previous surname. I regret moving to Nedbank I have never had such problems at my previous bank!
