Nedbank, Cant Make Anything Happen

I have has the worst service experience from Nedbank, whom should change their slogan to "Cant make anything happen". I need a letter from the bank to prove that I am the only signatory on my business account and they can, but will not provide me with such a letter and to top it all of, this can only be requested during an appointment. So when you call the banker, the banker isnt available, but blatantly says no to request via email. But i blame Mike Brown and his HR team who hire the individuals who can only earn a paycheck and not know a thing about their role requirements. Well Done Mr Brown, You are running Nedbank like Government runs South Africa.
