Nedbank can’t can’t comply with their timeline

I recently join Nedbank and I start to regret, the level of unprofessionalism that is displayed in East Gate branch. I ordered new cards and was told it will take no 3 working days for my card to be ready for collection, today the 18th of N May 2022, it’s more than 20 working days and still my cards not available. Instead they want to offer me a temporary card so that I can be charged and those cards are not free
