Nedbank - can’t cancel credit card!!

If I could give zero - I would.

It’s been endless issues trying to cancel my credit card. It’s taken over 3 months - and it’s still not cancelled!!

Was on hold for over 15minutes last week, to be told that cancellations is “too busy” and would call me on Friday without fail.

And yet - I have no phone call!

Case number is ***3 - please cancel immediately as I’ve requested over the last 3 months, been on hold for way longer than required - and have destroyed the card well over 3 months ago.
