NEDBANK cannot provide me with a simple 3 month statement

Absoutely Dismal service.

A simple thing like a statement cannot be produced. after calling them for the last 7 days. I am still waiting for the statement of my account.

As a Financial service provider, how is this not possible to give me a statement of my home loan.

For al who are reading this, please think very carefully of choosing Nedbank as a home loan provider. I'm currently looking out for any other provider
