Nedbank cannot help me!

<p>I am in the process of emigrating and need to open a "Blocked Rand Account" in order to transfer my retirement annuity funds overseas. My local branch at Greenstone mall couldn't help and put me onto their Newtown Branch who also couldn't help. They sent me to Nedbank Head Office who, true to form so far, also couldn't help as "nobody in our global foreign banking department knows what a Blocked Rand Account is"<br />If anyone at Nedbank sees this and does know what I am talking about I'd be most grateful if thy's contact me!!!</p>
