Nedbank cannot close the PL account ***

I'm shocked to learn that Nedbank will not attend to a complaint that is directed to the Customer Service Manager, CEO office if you have not lodged a formal compksnt. I just learned this today, after my emails dating back from 35th July from Halima Akoojee the Customer Service Manager
