Nedbank cannot be trusted

Nedbank respond on my previous complain on HP. Nedbank think clients are stupid because a lady call me from a Durban number ********** 000 the same day my complaint was on HP. She blatantly **** to me by telling me that the police had changed in January. I told her as a client I was never informed so I ask her to forward me the changed policy. I am still waiting for that although I know that it does not exist. They really took clients for a ride with *********** personnel doing so called client services. As previously mentioned I am busy taking my business away from them they cannot be trusted
