Nedbank cannot be trusted

I am a pensionar When I opened my account with Nedbank, I was advised, the benefit for pensionars is to keep a minimum of R10 000 on a regular investment account and pay no bankfees. I did as was advised. I was **** to. Today when I requested Nedbank to transfer the balance above R10 000 to my cheque account they refused and said I have no right to touch that accouy and they also cannot give me access on internet bank to link my investment to my cheque account. Public of SA, take note: what NEDBANK offer is NOT what you get. Pensioenars be aware that NEDBANK think we are stupid old people, they can make promises and not keep them. Ad long as NEDBANK benefit from your account. I am done. I am closing my account TODAY! HONESTY AND INTEGRITY IS HOW I OPERATE AND I EXPECT THIS FROM MY BANK ALSO. There are trustworthy other banks who treat their clients this way.
