Nedbank Cancellation of my home loan insurance

<p>I would like to complain that Nedbank cancelled my home loan insurance without a call to notify if there was anything wrong I did. To the best my knowledge I pay my home loan amount including the insurance fee. Yet in November 2016 I got a letter informing me that my insurance is being cancelled in 15 November 2016. I am not aware of anything as I have not received any call from Nedbank. The letter was send to my mother's a dress not my house. Netbank can somebody call me. I am worried and furious.</p>
