Nedbank canal walks business banker is one of the worst I have ever had to work with with regards to my business

I never do bad reviews even if I had the worst experience but I must say I am furious at nedbank canal walks business banker ... I have been emailing her back and forth with regards to getting my fairly new business account and ordering my card machine ... it's been nearly two months and every delay is because she is either out on a family emergancy or has so much to handle that she cannot get to everything !!! Now here's the thing , my business is my bread and butter and this is important to me and this lady is just ignoring it as if this isn't her job !!! It's freaken frustrating and I want this bank to acknowledge that this woman is not doing her job and letting businesses and I'm pretty sure it's not only me ....fall behind because of her lack of follow up and ignoring people's important enquiries!!! This is pathetic on a whole new level and this is a reputable bank with a business banker who cannot uphold this banks name ... pathetic
