Nedbank Can't explain the charge on my account
5th December 2015. I purchase bus tickets via computicket(my first and last online purchase). The total is R1080, the money is deducted from my account. 19 Feb 2016, R1080 is deducted from my account with Computicket as a reference. I call the bank and explain the situation. The lady on the other end says she can't see the transaction on the 19 Feb and on her side it reflects only on the 5th Dec. She suggests I go in-branch and get a statement and further assistance. 1: How is it I can see the transaction on my internet banking and she can't? I call computicket and they confirm on their side the transaction was processed on the 5th of December. I go to the nedbank branch (Sandridge Midrand) and ask for my statement. On the bank-printed statement the transaction shows on the 19th Feb and not on the 5th of Dec. 2: How is it the lady at the call centre can see it on the 5th of Dec and not the 19th Feb and the branch sees vice-versa. I believe I was double-charged by Nedbank and they are trying to cover it up. I asked for a copy of my telephone conversation with call-center lady and I'm getting the run-around.
