Nedbank - Can somebody capable of updating my profile with ITC just do already???

Im very disappointed in Nedbank.

i settled my account 4 months ago, and my ITC still reflects that i owe them. even after calling them enquiring i still get no Joy. 4 months later when this should have long happened already.

the consultant seem helpful when they take calls but dont actually get things done.

i payed my debt. you are holding up my life.

update my payment with credit bureau. i have checked with transunion, clearscore even Nedbank.

im truly over this bank, all i want to do is part ways,

what do i need to do to get this sorted?
