Nedbank can not make things Happen !!!!!!

<p>I recently app**** for vehicle finance with Wesbank and was declined due to an outstanding loan and credit card which is in arreas. When i received my tranunion report it confirmed that nedbank had supp**** them with the information. I called nedbank and was told i do not have a personal loan which is open nor is my credit card in arreas & all payments up to date.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called nedbanks call centre to find out whats going on and they advised they are unable to assist yet all information was supp**** to transunion by Nedbank.....Nedbank once again cant make anything happen</p> <p>Loan department advised i do not have a loan so they are unable to assist me</p> <p>Credit card department advised they are unable to assist as my vard is not in arreas and they are unsure what information was sent to transunion........</p>
