Nedbank can be ****ty

Shared advice for nedbank account holders.. I have recently got a home loan with nedbank..everytime i contact the call centre..its some type of issue...My husband salary date has changed so i contact the call centre to try and get information about changing debit order dates..one agent will say we cant do it...then another will say yes they can do it but when they speak to my husband and because he doesnt know all the information and asking me who deals with the finances..they say they cant help him..all that **** for changing debit order dates.its not like we not paying..we just want to make sure there is the money in the account for our home loan so that we are not charged interest...i am so ****ed off that we bank with these banks and they still give us issues....nedbank needs to up their game if they want to keep their customers happy!!!!
