Nedbank - Callous Attitude

My partner banked with Nedbank for many years and he wanted this particular bank to wind up his estate. I duly gave them the paperwork as requested. I wrote emails, made many phone calls and not a single person came back to me or tried to answer my queries.This has been going on for the last 5/6 weeks. Today I get an email informing me that Nedbank is too busy to handle the estate and I have 48 hours to find a lawyer or they will give the work to a lawyer of their choice. Who do they think they are?After the terrible service I do not want an unknown person to do my estate. I think Nedbank deliberately chose small estates to turf out , secondly I wonder if these are unemployed, inexperienced young lawyers which Nedbank wants subcontract for their own benefit. I am now in a position whereby I have to find a reputable lawyer to do my estate. I received this email on Thursday, the day before Easter weekend. Is this reasonable ?
