NEDBANK CALLCENTRE IS A JOKE

Nedbank callcentre is a joke,since last week i have been calling in wanting to go through to OVERPORT CITY BRANCH but somehow am un able,it a waste of air time. when i do finally sent through overport they do not pick up WHAT THE HELL!!!
